Respectful Stay

• Please respect other guests, staff, neighbors, and the natural lakeside setting.
• Keep noise low at night and follow quiet-hour guidance from the team.
• Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be charged to the guest responsible.

Rooms and Property

• Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Please do not move furniture, enter staff-only areas, or use facilities without permission.
• Outside guests may need approval from Secret Lake House before entering rooms, pool, or private areas.

Pool, Lake, Bridge, and Children

The pool on the lake bank, the lake, and the small 1.2m-wide bridge to the dining huts are beautiful but require care. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests use pool, lake, bridge, stairs, decks, and natural areas responsibly and should follow staff guidance, weather warnings, and safety notices.

Dining and Environment

• Poolside restaurant tables, the three wooden overwater huts, and the Bamboo Hut should be reserved when possible, especially for sunset and dinner.
• Please help us keep the lake clean by using bins and avoiding litter, plastic waste, or food waste near the water.
• Pets, outside food, events, photo shoots, or group activities may require prior approval.
